With strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Policy Formulation, and Implementation, Jyoti is the driving force behind Temp-Let's remarkable success. Her extensive experience spans a diverse array of industries, including manufacturing, security, pharmaceuticals, finance, and IT.

Jyoti is a seasoned recruitment professional with proven expertise in Search and Selection. Under her leadership, Temp-Let has successfully helped many organizations across the globe to acquire talent. Some of the most successful talent acquisition projects of Temp-Let have been for large manufacturing companies in the textile, beverages, pharmaceuticals, heavy engineering, and healthcare industries. However, we're not limited to these sectors alone; Jyoti has also been instrumental in helping a wide range of service-based companies fulfil their hiring needs. Jyoti is a certified HR Anlayst from IIM-Rohtak and she also holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources. She has performed various HR roles with leading corporates such as Nomura India Services, HDFC Bank, Clearpack Industries and Parametric Technologies Corporation.

With an interesting and rich blend of corporate and consulting work experience, Rohan Moktali is an adroit Professional with about 20 years of distinguished professional work experience across various Indian & multinational organizations. As an “India Market Entry Expert”, Rohan specializes in helping companies to enter and do business in India. Rohan has been in the INDIA MARKET ENTRY domain since 2011 and has advised and facilitated numerous foreign companies in setting up their business in India. He is part of a diversified consulting group that caters to the entire ecosystem of business consulting.

In addition to facilitating the entry of foreign companies in India, Rohan has also been helping small & mid-sized companies in India, particularly Start-Ups (both Indian and Multinational), to build their complete and concrete HR platform. Keith Warburton heads the UK arm of our group companies, Global Business Culture and Aaditas HR Advisory, helping UK and European clients overcome the challenges that can occur when working with employees and sub-contractors in India. Having worked on over 50 India-based projects over the past twenty years, Keith has a wealth of hands-on experience that clients can tap into. He is the UK interface between European clients and our team of experts who are based in our India office. He is in your time zone; he speaks your language, and he understands your concerns.

Keith is a veteran in the field of internationalization and global expansion, having lived and worked across three different continents. He frequently advises organizations on multiple aspects of cross-border working and is a globally renowned expert on the impact of cultural differences on business – with particular expertise on Indian business culture and its impact on such key issues as recruitment, retention, teamwork, developing a functioning company culture and leading across cultures.

In addition, Keith has started businesses from scratch in India and has lead teams of Indian employees from a distance and so fully understands the challenges that can develop at different stages of this process.
